Melissa Patiño, DNP, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Practitioner dedicated who earned her Master’s degree in Psychiatric and Mental Health from Walden University and her Bachelor of Science from Nova Southeastern University, bringing valuable experience from hospitals, outpatient clinics, and community mental health settings.
Passionate about innovation and lifelong learning, Dr. Patiño has expanded her interests into functional and integrative psychiatry, exploring the underlying biological, nutritional, and lifestyle factors that contribute to mental health while embracing a whole-person approach to healing. She is also actively pursuing education in psychedelic-assisted therapies and other emerging treatments for depression and mood disorders, reflecting her commitment to advancing patient care through responsible, science-driven innovation.
